Return PoliciesIn order to return merchandise, the products must meet all returns
criteria defined below and be shipped to us with a carrier tracking
number, regardless of order size.
If your product or situation does not meet the Return Policy you may consider reviewing the product packaging and contacting the manufacturer to pursue replacement or resolution utilizing any potential manufacturer warranty. Manufacturers may or may not provide warranties; this is on a per-product basis.
Return EligibilityFor a product to be eligible for a return exchange, it must meet all criteria below:
- Must be in manufacturer's original, unopened, intact packaging and include all original parts, documentation, components, etc.
- Product must be in resalable condition.
- Original and intact UPC barcode, if one exist. Removal of a UPS code voids any possibility of return.
Return ProcessAssuming your return meets the criteria defined in these policies, go to our
Contact Us page and submit a contact form with your full name, order number, product(s) being returned, Return Type (see below) , requested resolution (refund or exchange), and carrier tracking number (required).
For your return shipment / package, we require all the following information to process your return. If all the below information is not included in the package, we will be unable to process the return.
- Full Name
- Shipping address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Written reason for returning the merchandise and Return Type (see below)
- Original packing slip
Once our Customer Service Staff has replied to your Return Notification our facilities must receive the return within 14 calendar days.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
All returns must be shipped via an approved carrier, which includes only USPS, UPS, and Fedex, and include a tracking number.If your package is returned to us marked as "refused",
"unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it
re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping
fee.
Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or
exchange.
Excluded ProductsDue to strict health regulations and without exception, we cannot accept returns of clothing or any sexual aids / toys if the manufacturer's original packaging has been tampered with or opened. This includes, but is not limited to lingerie, undergarments, vibrators, dildos, condoms, "bedroom play" toys, ticklers, penis rings, condoms, massage products, etc. We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on used consumables such as lotions, oils, lubes, or other similar products.
Return TypesThere are three (3) valid types of returns, which are listed and defined below. All Returns must comply with the Return Policies defined above.
Type 1 - Unwanted Product or Exchange RequestYou have 30 calendar days from the date the product was delivered to request a Type 1 Return.
Refunds and exchanges are provided only in the form of a store credit gift card.
Type 2 - Received the Wrong ProductYou have 14 calendar days from the date the product was delivered to request a Type 2
Return.
We will joyfully issue a refund in the form of a store credit gift card or provide a correct replacement product and will pay for normal, trackable ground shipping via USPS to the shipping address on your original order.
Type 3 - Defective ProductYou have 14 calendar days from the date the product was delivered to request a Type 3 Return.
If the product you received had mechanical defects, we will issue a refund for the full product purchase price in the form of a store credit gift card. If we shipped you a defective product, we will refund the original purchase shipping amount as part of the store credit gift card return.
