When will my order ship?
When you successfully complete an order with ChristianLoveToys.com, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates to the best of our ability based on product availability and the shipping method you select. We ship products to you as quickly as possible. Delivery time involves the time it takes us to process and ship your order. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.  We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. For standard delivery, most packages arrive within 4-7 business days, however this is not a guaranteed service.

In the event your product is no longer in stock and your transaction was successfully completed, we will notify you with a fulfillment estimate or issue a full refund to your initial order payment method at your discretion.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are based on the according options selected during the order process. Shipping may be flat-fee or weight-based depending on the product or order. If weight-based, we may round some shipping weights up.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO / FPO address??
We ship products via USPS to PO Boxes or APO / FPO addresses. However, due to the deliver method products may take much longer than usual to arrive at the destination.

Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?
We currently ship to the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Canada only. Please allow an addition 4-8 business days for shipping to Canada.

What are your shipping options?
Depending on the product, we ship via USPS or UPS. Delivery carriers and time options vary based on the product and will be displayed upon checkout.

Will my items be delivered in one or multiple shipments?
Depending on the product(s), we may ship some items separately. You will only be charged the amount agreed on and transacted during you order checkout.
